Tried a new recipe tonight, zha jiang mian, noodles with pork in bean sauce. In Korea they have a localized version of this -- 짜장면 (jajiangmyeon) -- I prefer the Chinese original. It's really rich and incredibly filling.
The stuff in the little glass jar is marinated cucumber, just shredded cucumber in soy sauce, sugar, salt, sesame oil and a little chili (chili oil is best, but I didn't have any).
